SANA'A November 24. 2022 (Saba) - Prime Minister Abdulaziz bin Habtoor has affirmed that Yemeni universities were able, during the period of aggression and siege that the country is going through, to present an honorable model in academic performance.

During his participation in the annual celebration held by al-Nasser University for graduates for the academic year 1444 AH, the Prime Minister said the university became one of the universities of the nation that everyone cherishes, congratulating the graduates on the occasion of graduation.

Bin Habtoor pointed out that the graduates will contribute to solving the problems of society and will be one of the developmental stimulus factors at the level of Yemen and the region, stressing that the credit for thwarting the aggression’s attempts to stop the movement of life in the homeland for eight years belongs to the Yemeni people and their living forces, whether in educational institutions or in other institutions.

The Prime Minister noted the distinction of al-Nasser University in the field of pharmacy and the pharmaceutical industry, and what this represents as a positive indicator that it specializes in this aspect.

In return, Abdullah Tahesh stressed the university's keenness to carry out its educational and research role, serve the community, achieve sustainable development, keep pace with global developments, and open new specializations, out of its belief that comprehensive development can only be achieved by the qualified personnel.
